the facilities were okay.
The service wasn't stellar, though. i had to call multiple times for basic requests and it took forever. The staff seemed more interested in chatting than helping guests. the room decor felt dated. the carpets looked stained.

Solid stay, with a couple pluses
spacious roomfriendly staff
Check in was fast. The Ocean Club Room was very spacious and offered enough storage for all my belongings. It also had a beautiful view of the resort, beach, and notable architecture. The staff was friendly and polite.

long queuemusty smell
the breakfast was a complete DISASTER. the queue to get in was ridiculous , DESPITE many empty tables. the staff seemed undertrained and slow , and it definitely wasn't worth the high price. the rooms felt outdated , with a musty smell and no windows that opened.

the breakfast was very diverse. it appealed to various tastes. the honeymoon decorations in our room were really nice. the view from our room was amazing. watching the sunset at the beach while swimming was a joy.
The cooling system in the leisure pool seemed slightly inconsistent. The water temperature varied a bit throughout the day.

the staff was consistently kind and helpful, always smiling. i received assistance during check-in to find an appropriate room. the service contributed to a pleasant experience , i appreciated the team members.

I enjoyed the complimentary access to Wild Wadi Waterpark. It was just a short walk from the hotel. The free buggy rides to other Jumeirah properties were convenient. It allowed us to explore more. I also appreciated the free theme park ticket we received. My kids loved Legoland.
The absence of prayer mats in the rooms was not ideal.

The hotel is located conveniently near Emirates Mall, just a short taxi ride away, and a bit farther from Dubai Mall and JBR. The setting is more relaxed compared to the downtown area. Emirates Mall offers a calmer shopping experience.

The check-in process was smooth and fast. Housekeeping was prompt. They replenished water and amenities, even during the busy period. Staff at the pool were attentive. Their service could not be faulted.

Breakfast was perfect. There were many options to choose from, fitting every preference. A chef remembered our preferences and prepared our meals accordingly. This. Room service was always perfect. The deliveries were always prompt.

The room view was fine, offering beautiful scenery from the windows. The room was clean and spacious. It provided all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. I found the bed very comfortable and the blackout curtains were effective.
